JOB PROTOCOL
A smooth, transparent repair process from start to finish.
01 Book an inspection
Start by scheduling an onsite inspection so our team can assess the issue. The typical call-out charge is between $80 to $100 for most brands.
Commercial items is $150 and need advance payment.
Good news: if you choose to proceed with the repair, the call-out charge will be waived.
02 Onsite Diagnosis
Once our tech arrives, they’ll inspect the appliance and perform basic tests to identify the problem. Based on the brand, condition, and nature of the issue, we’ll quote a repair range.
Minor repairs for common brands usually fall between $100 to $200, while high-end appliances range from $200 to $400. Major repairs requiring deeper work or diagnosis typically start from $400 and can go up to $600.
These estimates don’t include the call-out fee unless you’ve accepted the quote. Keep in mind, prices may vary slightly once our Tech provides a full onsite assessment.
03 Repair & Replace
If your repair requires specific parts, we’ll need your approval and a 50% deposit before ordering them. Because we work across many appliance types and models, we don’t carry parts until a job is confirmed.
For special setups—like appliances that are built into cabinets, stacked, or located in tight spaces—there may be an add-on cost between $30 to $90 to cover the extra work.
04 Easy Payment
All payments are collected upon job completion unless pre-payment was required (for example, if you aren’t on-site during the inspection and for commercial appliances). Payment is mandatory for add-on work and commercial jobs before we proceed.
Once a quote is accepted, we’ll also ask for a 50% upfront payment if any major prep or part sourcing is involved.
05 Change of Mind
If you decide not to proceed after inspection—or the issue turns out more complex than expected—you may be charged an abandonment fee between $30 to $100 to cover time and effort.
For commercial or high-end repairs where more work has been done or specialist insight provided, the fee can go up to $150 to $300.
If your appliance ends up needing full replacement, we may be able to offset the abandon fee toward a new product quotation.
06 Post-work Support
Even after your repair is completed, we’ve got your back.
If your appliance acts up again during the warranty period, we offer follow-up visits at just $10 for warranty complaints or $50 for out-of-warranty check-ins.
For commercial jobs, revisit fees are typically $50. Warranty coverage depends on the service provided and will be clearly communicated before we begin.

These guys are good at what they do.
My gas hob of more than 15 years gave me problem; unable to ignite. They came, inspect, test and fixed it. They are upfront about the cost and will explain to you before work commences in case of any dispute that may arise later. After fixing my favourite hob, they gave me some good tips on how to properly maintained it. Thank you guys!
