Please Read Below Before Online Booking

1 Call Charge

Call Out Charge with Inspection Fee:

$50 for Econ Brand Common Appliance like Elba, Ariston, Tecno, Sharp, etc.


$80 for High End Brand like La Germania, Bosch, Blomberg, Uncommon brand, and  Special item like Induction Hob, Ceramic Hob, Stack up Dryer or Dishwasher on Washer  and All Standalone  Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge , Wine Chiller,  Condenser dryer, Washer Dryer, Steamer, 3-1 Microwave, Island/ Recessed/ Chimney/ Telescopic Retractable Hood, 9kg or more washer etc.


$100 for Super High End Brand Like Meile, Gagganau, De Detrich, Lorenge, SubZero, Sholtes, Smeg, Siemens and KupperBush. Gas Dryer, Heat Pump Dryer, Steam Dryer, Steam Washer, 2 layer washer, Coffee Machine, etc


For Residential Only:

2nd items onward Call Charge less $20 transport and When Quote Accepted Call Charge is Waived.


Commercial Items $150:

Irregarless or brand or type even for 2nd  items onward  and Can waive $100 if quote is accepted.

2 Price Range

Repair Price range:

$100 to $200 for Econ Brand and

$200 to $400 for High End Brand for Minor Repair.


Major Repair from $400 to $600 onward dependent on Brand, site condition and fault nature to be determine after on site inspection.


All quote does not including call charge.

Call charge will be waived if quote is accepted

to proceed individually.


All prices given by Customer Service are just estimated and may differ after Tech onsite inspection. Customer cannot dispute to insist on the Price Guide from enquiry.


We do not carry all parts as We are a multi brand multi model service company and will not be able to keep all stocks and price are subjected to confirmation & availability by suppliers.


50% confirmation deposit is needed for follow-up visit for Search & Purchasing. 

3 Add On Cost

Add-On cost :

Work Risk and Difficulty Ranging $50 to $250 in the Quote is payable If Work is above Ceiling or Concealed in Cabinet or external of house or need extra manpower or extra work for dismantling inspection like conceal fridge, dishwasher or Conceal wine chiller, Chimney/ Island/ Recessed Hood  etc.


All Add-on Cost cannot be Waive like emergency charge, work risk cost, job difficulty.


Add-on cost $30 for All Concealed Appliances, Above ceiling, wall hung and stack up conditions. Commercial Items  will be $50.


Our on-site inspection DO NOT REQUIRE DISMANTLING unless necessary as our techs are able to derive the Quote by SOP Inspection and Testing.

4 Payment

HomeUnited Payment Protocol:

Pre payment required if Paymaster is not

on-site and need to PayNow to 89456948.


All Commercial Items will need  Advance payment.


All payment must be immediate on completion. All Add on cost item cannot be waived. Only call charge can be offset on acceptance of our quote.


Upon acceptance of our quotation a 50% deposit is required for follow up preparation for purchase of Part, Product or Processes


5 Abandon Fee

Abandon fee $30 to $100:

Abandon fee is for time and effort spend in trying to repair but abandoned, pre-informed by technician before work.


If quote is accepted and while on job process if found hidden complication will need add on cost & if decide to abandon, will need to pay abandon fee.


Commercial Items  will be $150 to $300.


However if Customer accept follow-up major repair the Abandon fee can be offset.

6 Re Visit / Complain

PAY REVISIT TRANSPORT $20:

If the quote is not accepted on-site,

and when accepted later, the customer will need to pay re visit transport $20 and Commercial Items  will be $50.


However, the Call Charge Inspection Fee for Onsite Visit paid will be offset as waived and Is Compulsory Payable without dispute.


However Commercial Item can only Waive $100


During warranty Period, a Complain Visit Transport $10 is Payable.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept only Cash or PayNow / PayLah via electronic fund transfer to 89456948.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    Yes, you can refund in Full but need to less the Call Charge Attendance fee to cover HomeUnited Visit Cost of $50 to $100 dependent on the Job item.

  • What is your return policy?

    There is No Return Policy in the Service Industry once Service is provided. However, all our service do have service warranty.


    FYI- HomeUnited job Warranty & Complaint protocol for most Job  is 1year service and No part warranty. If part is utilise a 3 month part warranty is provided and during warranty period every Complain visit Need to pay $10 transport. (Commercial Items  will be $50). And any new problem arising not related to the Actual work done or even adjacent or next to it will be chargeable with 30% discount.
