Job Process
Please Read Below Before Online Booking:
HomeUnited do not carry all parts as We are a multi Appliances, brands
and models service company and will not get the parts before attending the Job.
1 Call Charge
Call Out Charge:
Is Transport with Inspection Fee.
$80 for Most Econ Brands and need refer to the online booking form Price List. However call charge will be waive if quote is accepted.
$100 for High End Brand Like Meile, Gagganau, De Detriche, SubZero, Sholtes, Smeg, Siemens, KupperBush etc
2nd items onward Call Charge less $20 transport each and When Quote Accepted, Call Charge is Waived.
All Integrated Appliances will be $150
Commercial Item Call Charge is $150:
Irregarless of brand or type, even for 2nd items onward and Can waive $100 if quote is accepted.
2 Price Range
Repair Price range:
Minor repairs for common brands usually fall between
$100 to $299, while high-end appliances range from
$300 to $499.
Major repairs requiring deeper work or diagnosis typically start from $300 and can go up to $690.
All quote does not including call charge.
Call charge will be waived if quote is accepted
to proceed individually per item.
All prices given by Customer Service are just estimates and may differ after Tech onsite inspection. Customer cannot dispute to insist on the Price Guide from enquiry.
3 Add On Cost
Inspection Add-On cost :
Add-on cost $30 for All stack up or conceal or Raise on Platform or Enclose space or whatever job difficulty or Above ceiling, or wall hung.
All home job Add-on Cost will be Waive when Quote is accepted to proceed.
Commercial Item will be $50 and cannot Waive.
Work Risk and Job Difficulty cost will be included by HomeUnited Tech when Quote is given
Our on-site inspection
DO NOT REQUIRE DISMANTLING
unless necessary as our techs are able to derive the Quote by SOP Inspection and Testing.
4 Payment
HomeUnited Payment Protocol:
Pre payment is required if Payer is not
on-site and need to PayNow to 89456948 for Inspection Fee and Quote Accepted to proceed.
All Commercial Job will need Advance payment.
All payment must be immediate on completion. All call charge including add-on cost can be offset on acceptance of our quote.
Upon acceptance of our quotation a 50% deposit is required for follow up preparation for Purchase of Part, Product or Processes and is not refundable without valid reason. Price dispute is not acceptable.
5 Abandon Fee
Abandon fee $50 to $150:
Abandon fee is for time and effort spend in trying to repair but abandoned by customer or request cancellation of Job Accepted.
If quote is accepted, while on job process if found hidden complication will need add on cost & if decide to abandon, will need to pay
abandon fee $50 to $150 as inform by tech and will vary dependent on Job case by case.
However if Customer accept follow-up major repair, the Abandon fee can be offset but not for new product replacement. Cancellation of Job Accepted with 50% deposit paid is not refundable subject to valid reason. Price comparison is not acceptable.
6 Re Visit / Complain
REVISIT TRANSPORT $20:
If the quote is not accepted on-site, all add-on cost and Call Charge Inspection Fee are Compulsory Payable without dispute and when accepted later, the customer will need to pay re visit transport $20 and Commercial Items will be $50.
During warranty Period, a Complain Visit Transport $10 is payable and any part warranty is 3 month and if expired will be payable within the Service warranty period.
The term of warranty will be specify by the Tech. varying according to the work quote and circumstances case by case.
